Easy Steps To Follow
1) Heat And Cook The Eggplant
First of all, you have to heat and cook the eggplant. One way to cook is by putting it directly on fire of stove. When the skin of one side of eggplant gets blistered, turn it over. Do it to the point that whole eggplant is of brownish black color. It will be easy to remove the skin if it is dark. We can cook the eggplant is by wrapping it in aluminum foil and placing it on fire of stove. Keep it there till it is burnt and smoky.
2) Remove the Skin

3) Beat the Eggs
