How To Make Cottage Cheese Using Rennet?

- 1-quart whole milk

- 4 drops liquid rennet

Take a small saucepan and told milk into it. Then place it over a stove at medium heat. Now heat the milk slowly until it reaches 29-degree celsius and makes sure that it does not boil. You can use a candy thermometer in order to monitor the temperature.
