Do Not Smoke
If you smoke then you need to quit smoking as soon as possible in order to improve the functions of the brain and to use more of your brain. Numerous seminars are held around the world to spread the awareness of consequences of smoking.
Smoking not just damages your brain functions but also put your life at risk by many chronic diseases. So to live a healthy life you have to quit smoking.
Read A Book Or Write A Journal
